Istanbul Dreams opened its doors in December 2003 In Sultanahmet. Before that moment we were already in the bellydance costume production since 1994, we had a small atelier and sold our products via our websites.

We started to export our first orders to Italy, after that many other countries followed. At the end of the year 2003 we had gathered a group of steady customers and had enough confident in ourselves to start a shop in the heart of the touristic area of Sultanahmet. We especially wanted to settle in that area because it would be convenient for our customers to find us.

In the past years our group of customers increased, many people knew to find the way to our shop, others do their shopping via internet.

From 2005 on we started visiting International Dance Festivals. At the festivals in Moskou, Cairo, Singapore, Bulgaria, Germany, Bruxelles, and Oslo we organised our fashionshow where we showed the Haute Couture costumes from our last collections.
